At its Feb. 18, 2026 regular meeting, the Franklin County Fiscal Court approved multiple construction change orders for Lakeview Park Phase 1, authorized applications and budget amendments, approved two time‑limited certificates of deposit, declared and approved sale of a 2,433 sq. ft. portion of 501 Holmes Street to the City of Frankfort, and recessed into and returned from a closed session under KRS 61.810.
