At its Feb. 19, 2026 meeting in Hardin, the Big Horn County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution 2025-32A, amending rules for sale and disposition of county real property so the board can accept less than appraised value and directly negotiate sales for tax-deed property that did not sell at auction. The board also approved routine claims, minutes and an agreement and release with Chief Deputy County Attorney David Sibley.
