The Midlothian Planning & Zoning Commission held a regular meeting where commissioners were recognized for service; the panel approved a special exception for an alternate gravel pavement/storage yard at 620 Crossroads Drive with conditions, and approved several site-plan and signage items while continuing a few items to the January meeting.
