At its Dec. 16, 2025 meeting the Prosper Planning and Zoning Commission approved an amendment to Plan Development 52 to allow four office/warehouse buildings and raised the required open-space from 7% to about 11.3%; the commission also tabled a preliminary site plan for the Frontier Gateway retail/restaurant proposal to Jan. 20, 2026, after commissioners requested more 'place‑making' and building diversity information.
