Nelson County Commissioners met Feb. 7, 2023, and unanimously approved a $507,128.96 low bid for county chip seal, several tax abatements, acceptance of a $3,350 landfill lease bid, and a draft letter opposing SB2277; commissioners also directed staff to seek quotes for replacement computers in the auditor's office and agreed to draft a preliminary plan to combine the auditor and treasurer offices for consideration at the next meeting.
