At its Oct. 18, 2021 meeting, the City of Bay Minette City Council approved a proclamation, multiple resolutions and an ordinance on first reading, authorized routine contracts and reduced a golf-course tournament fee; staff said financing options for a proposed Justice Center will be presented next month and the bid process will begin after the new year.
