Orangeville City Council met Feb. 19, 2026 and approved a package of routine municipal business including a water/sewer fee increase tied to the Castle Valley Special Service District, multiple leases and contracts, several expenditures, and administrative bank/account changes. Council also discussed a proposed backhoe purchase, possible city-run animal kennels and community requests such as school evacuation space and a youth swaddle drive.
