At its Jan. 19, 2021 meeting at City Hall, the City Council of the City of Bay Minette unanimously approved a partial permit fee waiver for the Baldwin County Corrections Center expansion, authorized solicitation of bids for cemetery landscape maintenance, approved payables totaling $121,133.85 and agreed to allow Franklin Primary Clinic to use the Civic Center for COVID-19 vaccinations and host drive‑through testing on Jan. 23.
