The Lathrop City Council met Jan. 12, 2026. Council approved a broad consent calendar including the FY2024–25 ACFR and an ordinance designating no-parking areas, held a public hearing and introduced an amendment to the Youth Advisory Commission code, heard a presentation on the Mossdale Urban Flood Risk Reduction Project, and gave staff direction to pursue a six-month red-light camera trial at several intersections.
