At its Nov. 19, 2025 regular meeting, the City of Lathrop Planning Commission unanimously approved two resolutions to amend Woodlands East design guidelines and to permit a 248-unit detached single-family motor-court project in Village 19 of River Islands Phase 2. Staff answered questions during a presentation by Contract Planner Savannah Hudson; the vote was 5-0.
