The Conneaut City Council met on Dec. 15, 2025, and unanimously approved several emergency ordinances including a Department of the Army right-of-entry, delinquent grass-cutting assessments, year-end budget amendments and the 2026 appropriations. The meeting also included the swearing-in of the municipal judge, recognition resolutions and brief member remarks.
