Finance Committee (Somerville City) reviewed a draft combined sewer overflow plan, authorized several small appropriations and transfers including a $100,000 one-time startup draw for Armory tenant onboarding, approved prior invoices and accepted public safety grants; the committee recommended approval of laid-on-the-table items and adjourned.
