The Somerville City Council Legislative Matters Committee met Feb. 17 to consider charter-alignment ordinance changes, rules updates, the acceptance of a state statute governing constables, and six surveillance-technology impact reports; several items were recommended for approval and one ordinance section was amended and approved in committee.
