At the Dec. 9, 2025 remote meeting, the Cambridge Planning Board unanimously approved a use determination allowing a quick-service food tenant at 20 Child Street (Parcel N, Cambridge Crossing) and approved meeting minutes and a schedule change. Staff updated the board on ongoing City Council consideration of Mass. Ave and Cambridge Street rezoning petitions and forthcoming institutional-use rule changes.
