Stanley Town Council held its regular meeting Nov. 3, 2025, where councilmembers recognized town employees for a lifesaving response, honored Town Manager Heath Jenkins for 40 years of service ahead of his Dec. 31 retirement and unanimously approved routine motions including an appointment, surplus declaration and adoption of the local water supply plan.
