At its Sept. 19, 2023 meeting in the G.M. Michael Commission Chamber, the Cramerton Board of Commissioners approved a conditional rezoning for a 66-unit Tri Pointe Homes townhome development after a split 3-2 vote amid neighbors’ traffic concerns; the board also adopted consent items, named a gazebo for Graham and Gayle Bell, approved committee bylaw changes and moved its November meeting date.
