The St. Augustine City Commission held a regular meeting on March 16, 2026. Commissioners heard three proclamations, an extended public-comment period focused on Salt Run safety and the regulation of tour/franchise vehicles (including carriage horses), and two first-reading ordinances on vehicles-for-hire and franchises that the commission agreed to pause for a workshop and further review.
