The Clinton County Legislature met Oct. 24, 2018 in Plattsburgh. The body opened and closed a public hearing on Local Law No. 3 (establishing an Office of Public Defender) with no public comment, received an Off-Track Betting (OTB) financial update highlighting stronger handle and reduced expenses, approved a package of resolutions, and entered and exited an executive session to discuss litigation and reimbursement matters.
