The Wichita Falls Independent School District Board of Trustees held a work session to consider routine financial reports, proposed budget amendments that project temporary deficits, recommended architectural firms for future bond and non-bond projects, the closure and consolidation of Jefferson Elementary into McNeil Elementary (future action), CASB policy updates (first reading), and approval of an applicant pool as the district reported several vacancies. Several items were approved unanimously as consent or action items; several were presented as future action or first reading and will return to the board for final votes.
