The Dublin Board of Zoning Appeals granted a nonuse-area parking variance to First Cypress Church of Dublin, allowing the removal of 14 parking spaces (to 211) to accommodate a 2,700 sq. ft. entry addition; board and staff said peak parking use is far below capacity and that the change would limit pavement and tree removal.
