Boca Raton City Council held a lengthy public meeting Dec. 2, 2025, where council members heard an independent fiscal review of a proposed downtown public‑private partnership, took public comment, debated ballot language for a March 10, 2026 referendum and voted to transmit an amended ballot question to the Supervisor of Elections.
