Boca Raton City Council heard a presentation from developer Tara Frisbie/Frisbie Group on a revised downtown government-campus public‑private partnership, received hours of public comment urging protection of Memorial Park and a referendum, and approved a slate of zoning, franchise and utility easement ordinances, including a contested undersea cable easement.
