The Town of Cramerton Board of Commissioners met on Feb. 3, 2022; it approved a $250,000 fee-in-lieu for the Villages at Cramerton Mills Phase 1F, formed a downtown streetscape ad hoc committee, reviewed an Eighth Avenue speed study and initiated increased enforcement, appointed committee members, and appointed outside counsel after a closed-session consultation.
