At its Feb. 12, 2026 public meeting in Montgomery, the Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles denied parole for the majority of cases on the docket, set future reset dates in many denials, granted multiple pardons (including several full restorations of civil and political rights), and reopened one case for additional testimony before approving parole with special conditions.
