The Parkland City Commission workshop focused on moving the Village-in-the-Park RFQ into an RFP and narrowing 10 responses to a shortlist for presentations. Commissioners and JLL agreed to advance five teams for the next round and discussed RFP scoring, community outreach, long-term management protections and whether to allow a limited residential component as part of proposals.
