The Rockwall City Park Board convened, approved minutes from the Sept. 8, 2025 meeting and received a staff briefing on budget-funded capital projects including Kids Zone playground upgrades, harbor dock repairs (and a proposed wave attenuator), a splash-ground replacement, turf and pier work, and master plans for Alma Williams Park and Klutz Farm. Staff also previewed holiday events and fish-stocking plans before the board adjourned.
