At its March 17, 2026 meeting in Sandusky, the Sanilac County Board of Commissioners approved routine claims and budget amendments, updated the county overtime and compensatory time policy, authorized sheriff training funding and a land‑bank abatement survey, and approved ballot language to renew the county parks millage for the August 4, 2026 primary election.
