The Rules Subcommittee of the Arkansas Legislative Council reviewed and approved multiple agency rule changes and received updates from agencies including the Departments of Agriculture, Human Services, Labor and Licensing, and the Inspector General; several technical and substantive rule changes were approved without objection and a formal exclusion request from the Department of Inspector General was granted by motion.
