Franklin County Commission approved a set of routine fiscal and personnel actions at its Sept. 18, 2023 regular meeting, including procurement awards (janitorial/office supplies, jail water heaters), multiple personnel changes and hires across departments, several intergovernmental contracts and memoranda of agreement (school resource officers), and a $25,000 contract to update county job descriptions and pay scales.
