At its March 5, 2026 regular meeting, the Franklin County Legislature unanimously adopted a series of resolutions authorizing budget amendments, contracts, opioid-settlement spending, CHIPS/Marchiselli project funding and personnel actions; the board also accepted federal and state aid for community services programs and authorized several procurement actions.
