St. Charles County Council held public hearings on two conditional use permits and heard extended public comment on a request to operate a private youth athletic club (Team Unleashed) in a residential area; the council scheduled final votes for March 30. The meeting also advanced several county budget and grant ordinances and passed routine bills and a resolution acknowledging nonuse of Stalschmidt Road.
