Nephi City Council work session included a site tour and technical briefing of the nearly completed Nortonville Substation, a presentation from Miss Nephi Teen Kaylee Curtis proposing a suicide-prevention bench and community event at Old Mill Park, several administrative updates, and unanimous motions to go into and return from a closed meeting to discuss an individual’s character and competence.
