At its Nov. 24, 2025 regular meeting, the Aberdeen Town Board denied two rezoning requests, approved a large planned-development rezoning for the "Ten Pines" project with conditions, and adopted a UDO text amendment to expand the Downtown Aberdeen Advisory Board and exempt downtown properties from certain vehicle-backing and parking requirements. Managers reported ongoing FEMA claims and library and recreation updates.
