At its June 23, 2025 regular meeting, the Aberdeen Town Board approved UDO Text Amendment TA-25-02 establishing an NC 5 Priority Corridor Overlay and other zoning and procedural changes; adopted year-end budget amendments and a sidewalk financial guarantee for Bethesda Forest Phase 4; approved purchase of a $514,500 heavy rescue truck; and authorized temporary road closures for the Winter Runderland 5K.
