The City of Auburndale Commission on March 2, 2026 approved a zoning amendment to allow a gas station on a 2.29-acre portion of the Everest property, vacated a portion of Stewart Street, approved Community Development Block Grant projects for FY 2026–2027, amended a developer’s agreement for Schaller Preserve, and approved a deed/exchange to secure a utility easement for the Southern Force Main. All recorded votes were unanimous.
