Noblesville City Council met Feb. 10, 2026, and unanimously approved two technical budget ordinances to satisfy state reporting and to add a $320,000 contingency appropriation for the Embrace Downtown project. The council also introduced food-and-beverage and fire-fund ordinances, heard a 72-acre Rollingwood development presentation and a year-end appropriations report.
