Fountain Green City Council met April 19. Council opened with prayer and pledge, heard public comments and community announcements, approved sidewalk designs tied to a grant, formed a cemetery study committee and adopted a 60-day moratorium on new plot sales with exceptions, authorized negotiation on a cell-tower buyout offer, and approved several fee changes including higher meter charges.
