At its Oct. 20, 2025 meeting, the Maple Grove City Council approved a $1 million interfund transfer for the long-term development plan after discussion, adopted special assessments for delinquent utility, weed/tree and abatement bills, approved a variance for 7329 Mariner Drive North and a planned unit development (Bella Woods) including rezoning, and heard public comments about roadway access and rental property pest concerns.
