The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee met to consider supplemental and FY2027 budget requests, including extensive debate and votes on Medicaid forecast adjustments, creation of a hospital-assessment budget program, MMIS procurement and other Medicaid enhancements; the committee also approved budget requests for Idaho State Police, POST Academy, Juvenile Corrections, Department of Administration and the Military Division before adjourning.
