Chair Hazel Nurse called the meeting to order, introduced board members and staff (including Town Planner Jenny Gengris and administrative assistant Annemureen Decker) and noted the meeting was televised by Westborough TV.
The Westborough Planning Board met March 17, 2026. Major items included approvals and continuances on subdivision and site-plan matters: a minor modification approving reduced front-yard setbacks for two Ridings lots (approved 5–0); a large, detailed presentation and public comment on the proposed Westborough Tennis & Swim Club project (continued); a contentious public hearing on the Rugged Trails subdivision with neighbors raising stormwater, wetlands and tree‑loss concerns (continued); plus a revised street‑tree plan approval for Westpark Drive and several continuances to April meetings.
