Denton City economic development retreat workshop led by a facilitator from Opportunity Strategies LLC produced six priority goal areas — storytelling/marketing, partnership development, customer-service ("white glove") improvements, business recruitment and retention/BRE, certified site and product development, and workforce development — and organized small groups to draft goals, strategies and metrics for the next 18 months.
