At its March 4, 2025 meeting, the Town of Saint John Board of Zoning and Appeals approved two variances: a 1,368-square-foot detached garage for a homeowner at 7902 West 101st Avenue and a sign variance for the Shops at the Gates at 8750–72 West 109th Avenue; both passed 4-0 following applicant presentations and brief public comment.
