The Town of Brownsburg council met Jan. 22, 2026. The council unanimously adopted a resolution setting rules for use of public property and key fobs after a brief controversy over an elected member’s after-hours access; the council also appointed Frank Motts to the Indianapolis Water Service Advisory Board and heard routine police, fire, street and parks reports and multiple public comments on parks and transparency.
