The Milan City Council met Sept. 2, 2025. Council approved the second reading of Ordinance 2025-02 on a 4-3 vote, authorized a loan to the DDA, approved a police officers association letter of agreement, discussed moving city elections to even years to save costs, and reviewed a community survey highlighting infrastructure, housing and broadband needs.
