The Milan City Council met Aug. 5, 2025, and heard an update on the city's Rental Housing Certification Program, received public comments from Milan Pines residents about housing conditions, approved several ordinances and contracts (including appointing a new building official), authorized a pump purchase not to exceed $22,000, and approved $489,101.75 in bills and payroll. The council adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
