Waupaca County Board of Supervisors met Oct. 29, 2024 and unanimously adopted a package of fiscal and personnel measures including a $35 million promissory note sale to finance courthouse renovations, a 2% employee wage increase for 2025, creation of a wetland mitigation special revenue fund, multiple contract approvals, and several personnel appointments.
