Orange Beach City Council met March 18, 2025. Council approved a nine-month moratorium on consideration of certain multifamily residential projects to study infrastructure and service capacity, adopted several routine resolutions and bids, considered ordinances including an immediate revision to add vaping to the definition of smoking, and held a public hearing on a PUD modification for the Village of Tannen.
