Raeford City Council on Dec. 4, 2023 sworn in three newly elected councilors, named a mayor pro tem and a delegate to the Lumber River Council of Governments, authorized a $1.3 million offer for the Johnson Concrete property on South Stewart Street, and held an executive session for attorney-client privilege. All motions were recorded as unanimously carried.
