The Waupaca County Board of Adjustment held hearings March 31, 2022, and unanimously granted variances for two properties: a roof pitch and deck cover alteration at N4629 Ferry Street to address winter safety/access to an exterior electrical panel, and replacement/enlargement of a shoreline retaining wall at Kinney Lake Road to prevent erosion. Both approvals require a Land Use Permit within 60 days and completion within the permit term (two years).
