The City of Blaine Planning Commission met Jan. 13, 2026, and voted to forward three land-use items to the City Council: a conditional use permit amendment for a cell tower extension, a rezoning/preliminary plat/CUP for the 32-lot Flower Field single-family subdivision (with a recommendation that the council review Flower Field Road), and a rezoning/preliminary plat/CUP for the Sunset Woods/Enclave townhome project (175 units). Public comment focused on traffic safety, tree and wetland impacts, wells, and endangered-plant surveys.
